We like to keep things simple, flexible, and on your terms. Here’s how these options work:

Subscriptions

1. Set it up

Choose your product and how often you want it delivered—we’ll take care of the rest.

2. Stay in control

You can update, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your order confirmation email or account.

3. Billing

You’ll be charged per delivery based on your selected frequency (unless you chose to prepay). Some subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime before the next charge.

Pre-orders

1. Reserve it

Pre-orders let you secure products before they’re back in stock or officially available.

2. Payment timing

You may be charged fully, partially, or only once the product is ready to ship—we’ll always make this clear at checkout.

3. Need to cancel?

1. Before fulfillment: you can cancel your pre-order

2. After fulfillment: it falls under our Returns & Refunds Policy
